By purchasing from or using Motherhood.pk you agree to the following terms.
About us
Motherhood.pk is a digital product brand based in Pakistan, operated under the laws of Pakistan. Our products are educational activity books and learning tools for children, sold as digital downloads to parents and guardians.
Products and licensing
All digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. When you purchase a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the file within your own household for your own children. You may print unlimited copies for personal family use. You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing platforms, or use any product for commercial purposes including but not limited to classroom use, tutoring businesses, or resale in any form. Violation of these terms may result in legal action under Pakistan intellectual property law.
Copyright
All content, designs, illustrations, text, layouts, and branding are copyright of Motherhood.pk. No part of any product may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice but confirmed orders are honoured at the price displayed at time of purchase.
Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and preview images accurately represent the product. Minor variations between screen display and printed output may occur due to differences in printers, paper, and screen calibration.
Limitation of liability
Motherhood.pk provides educational activity materials. We do not guarantee specific developmental outcomes. Our products are tools, not medical or therapeutic interventions. Always supervise young children during activities as appropriate for their age.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with the effective date.
