Return and Refund Policy

Motherhood.pk — effective 14 June 2026

Digital products

All products sold on Motherhood.pk are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy.

When we will make it right

If the file is corrupted, fails to open, or does not match the product description, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will either provide a working replacement file immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

What does not qualify

Change of mind after download, printing difficulties caused by your printer or paper, or dissatisfaction with your child engagement level are not grounds for a refund. Every product is tested with real children before publication and described accurately on the product page.

How to request

WhatsApp us at 0301-5230439 with your order number and a description of the issue. A real person responds within two hours during business hours. We resolve most issues the same day.

Our commitment

We would rather fix the problem than process a refund. If something is not working, tell us. We will stay with you until it does.
